About Coby

When Kelly and Coby started LMG, their goal was to build a company that had an incredible environment and created amazing results while offering red-carpet service to clients. They promised to never sacrifice one for the other, and one of Coby’s core objectives is maintaining that vision. He oversees our operations and culture, and he makes sure we’re upholding a standard of excellence for both our clients and our team.

Coby is fascinated by business, and he loves working to find exactly the right mix of strategies to hone a company into an exceptional organization. He works behind the scenes, making sure our team is equipped and that our decisions are in line with our values as a business.

Another of his goals is to create an atmosphere where everyone loves coming to work, and he implements specific strategies to cultivate an environment of trust, authenticity, and growth. He coordinates regular Character Development meetings where our team comes together to discuss an article or other growth-oriented material we’ve listened to or read. He also helps plan our company retreats and get-togethers and ensures every activity is intentional, exciting, and helping reinforce our company values. His favorite part of the job, though, is coaching and mentoring members of our team. He genuinely wants what’s best for them, and he’s honored that God opens doors and allows him to make a difference in others’ lives.

Honoring God and loving family is incredibly important to the Edwards, and Coby and Kelly spend much of their free time with their church or watching their kids play sports.
